TLO Observatory
Twig Lake Observatory
The observatory started construction in the spring of 2023 and finished fall of 2024.
The observatory is a remote controlled shed with a motorized roof and fully autonyms capabilities remotely controlled from my office in my home.
The Twig Lake Observatory is my own remote observatory in southern Sweden where the majority of my pictures are captured. It is based on SkyShed Roll of Roof plans and is fully automated. The observatory sits in a bortle 3 zone and have unobstructed views to the south, south-east and west, south-west.
